This agreement describes how we handle information that a visitor submits through the site form for transport calculation or organization.
What information is considered confidential
Confidential information includes non-public information submitted for request processing: cargo details, its characteristics and cost, route, points of origin and destination, deadlines, transport conditions, as well as commercial and contact information if the sender marked them as confidential or their nature obviously requires it.
How information is used
Information is used only for communication regarding the request, calculation preparation and organization of requested logistics services. Access is granted to employees and contractors only to the extent necessary for request or transport processing. Information is protected from unauthorized access and is not used for purposes unrelated to the request.
When restrictions do not apply
Confidentiality terms do not apply to information that became public through no fault of the recipient, was lawfully known to the recipient before receipt, or must be disclosed under mandatory legal requirements.
Duration
The confidentiality obligation remains in effect as long as the relevant information remains non-public, unless mandatory legal requirements provide otherwise.
